Is Your Legacy Protected

Or Just Assumed?

Most families have pieces scattered around: a will from years ago, an LLC someone told them to set up, a policy they barely remember. The Legacy-Building Family Blueprint is a free, lawyer-designed guide that shows you how those pieces fit together, and where the gaps are.

Why This Matters Now

You’ve done the hard work of building.

The paperwork usually hasn’t kept up

You bought the house. You added the rental. You started the business. Somewhere along the way, the legal structure stopped matching the life you actually have; a new baby, a new property, a move between states, a partner bought out.

When the structure and the assets drift apart, the cost shows up at the worst possible moment. A will still means probate. A rental in your personal name puts your home in the same risk pool. An old beneficiary designation quietly overrides the plan you paid for. If you’re in the hospital for six months, your family may need a judge’s permission to pay your bills.

This is not about fear or worst-case scenarios. It’s about clarity, confidence, and alignment. The Blueprint walks you through what to look at, in what order, so you can see the whole picture before anything forces the issue.

What’s Inside

A simple, lawyer-designed framework

  • Protect your home and real estate from avoidable risks

  • Keep your family out of court and conflict if something happens to you

  • Separate your “life assets” from your “business risks”

  • Use trusts, entities, and insurance together instead of in silos

  • Start a legacy plan that works in real life, not just on paper

  • Run the 5-question Legacy Alignment Checkup to find your own gaps

This free webinar walks through all five fears in plain language, including how Florida law already answers more of this than most families realize.

Four layers, one plan

The Legacy Alignment Framework

People

Who you’re protecting, and who steps in if you cannot.

Property

The home, rentals, business interests, savings, retirement, insurance.

Protection

The guardrails: wills, trusts, powers of attorney, LLCs, contracts.

Plan in Action

What actually happens if you’re sued, hospitalized, or gone.

Most attendees leave the 45-minute session with a clear next step for their own family.

What makes this different

Legacy, not just documents. We align your assets, your legal structures, and your values, instead of handing you a binder no one understands.

Real estate is the center of the plan. Deeds, entities, and title are handled by a firm that closes transactions, not just drafts forms.

Built for owners and parents. Rentals, businesses, blended families, and minor children are the norm here, not the exception.

Before you download

How much does the guide cost?

Nothing. The Legacy-Building Family Blueprint is free. There is no payment step and no obligation to hire the firm

Do I need a big estate for this to apply to me?

No. The guide is written for families and wealth builders at many stages: a first home, a rental or two, a growing business, minor children. If you own something and love someone, the framework applies.

I already have a will. Isn’t that enough?

A will is one piece. It often still means a court process, and it does nothing while you are alive but unable to sign. The guide explains how wills, trusts, deeds, entities, and insurance are meant to work together, and what a will alone leaves uncovered.

Is this legal advice?

No. The guide is education only. Asset protection and estate planning are highly state-specific and fact-specific, and the strategies described are general concepts that may not fit your situation. Downloading the guide does not create an attorney–client relationship.

What happens after I download it?

You’ll get the guide by email. We may follow up with related planning resources, and you can unsubscribe at any time. If you want to talk through your own structure, you can request a Legacy Strategy Session, but nobody will pressure you to.

I live outside Florida. Can I still use it?

The concepts are general and useful anywhere in the U.S., though the rules change state to state. The Ayala Firm is licensed to practice law in Florida. If you’re elsewhere, use the guide to ask better questions of an attorney in your state.

ONE LAST THING

You’ve worked too hard to leave your legacy to chance.

The guide is free, it takes about an hour, and it will tell you more about your own exposure than most families ever find out in time.
